Call Centre Agents knows nothing

I am so annoyed with FNB - Every time i call into the call centre each agent gives me different information. Why do you people let these children work on real life accounts, they mess up everything and i have to sit with the issue and help "them" figure it out. This is not a service to me which im paying for, i am more of a service to FNB.
I changed my married surname a YEAR AGO and yet its not completely changed on the system, how many times do i have to go into a branch and sort it out, stand in long queues all for nothing, it is not my problem that "your system" keep messing things up. I call into the call centre & they always give incorrect info, My credit card has been issued twice, on my maiden and married surname, WHY???!!! My Home Loan has been registered, im living in the house and i get emails to say "Our administration department has advised that your home loan account is not FICA compliant therefore the system will not allow a refund to be done" What the is this?? My work STILL cannot pay my salary into my cheque account, its not FNB and its not ABSA, so im still sitting with the problem after 3? $%@? YEARS! FNB get your together and stop f$? %$ up my accounts!
