Company Registration - 3 to 4 days? Yeah right!

26 March 2013 I paid for a company to be registered. Sibusiso told me it would take 3 - 4 days. Invoice paid 27 March 2013! A month later of emails up and down i get told that the surname of my ID number i gave, is not correct! I give him my surname from when i was married - now accepted in the system. How is this possible, as i changed at Home affairs dept 2 years ago?? He says he will submit manually (after him trying to persuade me to register as married surname) a week later he's still not submitted manually! I now tell him that i want my money back so i can go somewhere else and i'm going to report him to the consumer protection act and to my friend who referred me! Suddenly he's going to submit manually "tomorrow". And i must report him... I'm welcome to do so.
How is it that people can take your money and not care to sort out the difficulties that arise during the job they were already paid for? WHY does it take a month to come back with this info, after i was told 3 - 4 days for registration? UNACCEPTABLE!!
