What happened to the road they promised?

We were promised a road from Sunningdale to the N7 many years ago. In fact, they were due to start with it in June 2012. Instead, they are working on the MyCiti route. The inconvenience caused to motorists could have been alleviated if they built the road that was promised first. I work in Century City, and live in Table View, and it takes me one and a half hours to get home!! And... I leave the office just after 3. Kindly complete the road you promised. The situation is unacceptable.
