Link rates and light to one account

We are struggling to get the council to link the prepaid meter to our rates account to enable us to request clearance figures. Unfortunately, we have to deal with a call centre where there is no urgency.

Please request them to do the following:

Link prepaid meter no 07097011659 to rates acc 503926158 - query ref no 8001322173 - logged on 4 April.

we have tried all but can not be helped.
