The Worst Service Ever!!

I have been trying to get a letter of Good Standing for 2 months now, Every year its a nightmare, they keep on saying we have not submitted ROE s which have been stamped a million times, In March we did online submission and they said the 2009 return whch we have submitted 10 time already was under audit as the the return was 30% less than the previous years despite the fact that we wrote a reason that the company wasnt trading that year. It did not take 5 days as promised but its been more than 4months. We therefore opted for the manual submission. We submitted 2012 4 times already, everytime they claim not to have it. Noxolo was notified of all this last monday (06th) replied on wednesday said the return for 2012 was outstanding and we owed money. For which we paid and send her 2012 as asked. Thursday no response from her Friday just ignored my constant emails. On Monday (the 13th May) said I havent send the return, for which told her email from which they come from, she found them, promised to send before end of business today, Nothing still, management doesnt sort out queries. Honestly this is unacceptable service. This has cost the business lots of money and my job is also on the line here...
