The license department has a new system which we only found out after waiting for over an hour just to be told only 30people wil be served to make a license booking, which we couldn't make because of their absolute laziness!!! this is outratgeous and totally unacceprable and they don't realise they are promoting for people to go buy their licenses!!! They need to catch a wake up!!!
