GETTING RID OF TV LICENSE MESS AFTER EMIGRATING

To whom it may concern,

I emigrated almost two years ago, submitting all documentation required for cancellation, and on my return last year june for a visit, I was contacted by lawyers issuing me with a final summons for a large amount of money owing to my lack of having paid it. I dealt with a Lesego Modiselle who denied helping me the previous year, even though I have proof in my email inbox. I then submitted my forms TWICE in june last year and was promised that someone would get back to me. Of course, nobody did and I tried to call a number of times from overseas and email and got no email return. It is NOW FEBRUARY 2013, and I am now desperate as I DO NOT WANT black marks next to my name. I require someone to contact me with immediate urgency so this matter can be solved as this is unacceptable.
