9 months and stiil no ID

I applied for rectification on my date of birth last year the 4th of September 2012, after struggling for almost forever to get all the documents.
when i applied (akasia office) i payed the fees and that they said it will take anything between 6-9 months before it will be ready now i have been calling since the sixth month and every time it is a different answers or story, now i decided to call customer care today (2013-05-13) again to find out what is going on after i gave DDG Civic Services a call on Friday still the same answer it is at head office for final' so now fully fed up i gave DDG Civic Services a call again in order to find out what the is going on and why it has been at head office for the last 3 months., they took my id number to see why, and guess what they tell me " sorry sir we didn't receive your application! "!!! customer care says its there they say they have nothing on the system, now I've been trying to call akasia to find out what is going on after several attempts no answer!! PLEASE HELP!!!
