No customer service with bad atttitude

Witbank branch in general is not up to standard with their service.the time the staff arrive @ work when we as the 'client' & standing outside waiting for them, -20 people. the staff just take their time, talk about their weekend, make coffee & chat to fellow employees, if we are lucky they will start with an attitude assisting us around 7h50, earliest. Last week the 29 04 13 I went & took in my UIF document for my claim & a older lady assisted. due to the holiday on the 01 05 13 I knew the payment will be delayed. yesterday (06 05 13) I spoke to Phendile & she told me their is nothing on the system that show that my stuff was captured & processed I need to come to the office do enquiry on that. This morning (07 05 13) same old story waiting for ages for staff to assist, when it was my turn the gentleman just told me that there is going to be a delay of 2 weeks, they got the communication yesterday. I've asked him how will I know that my documentation handed in today will be captured & processed he could not answer me. For me it's not acceptable, documentation not processed & in the meantime I did not received my UIF.I've checked on their web side there is NO customer complaint section
