Nedbank Wesite is hopeless!!

I have been trying to get to the Nedbank Greenbacks site. Before you even get to the site they ask for a password. Entered correctly, they still say access denied. So, you go to another URL to ask them to send the password via email. It never arrives. Thereafter, if you try and go to any Nedbank site they request a password. What if you are not a client! What login credentials do you use??

I ask you! What a hopeless organization they are!!!
