Bad attitude towards the customers

I was embarrassed in front of other customers. I went to ask the cashier if they sell vouchers at the till point using an Ackermans account. She didn't even wait for me to complete the question. She pointed to the long queue and told me to join it. I didn't mind joining the queue, but I wanted to make sure first before wasting my time waiting for something I wouldn't get.
I joined the queue, and when it was my turn to buy, she then told me they are not allowed to sell vouchers. I then asked why she had sent me to join the queue for no reason. She called her supervisor. The supervisor attended to me in a very good manner and told her to apologize, but she refused in front of him. She was so rude that she made me regret shopping at Ackermans, and her attitude keeps replaying in my mind.
