Attitude and lack of support of support

I am currently a registered Assessor and Moderator. my computer skills are intermediate. I have been trying with no success to get someone to guide me on how to re-register moderation as it has been deactivated. I spoke to Khaya, who referred me to Griselda. To date I have not been able to re-register. Griselda sent me a guide, it does not of any assistance to me. I called; she is not taking calls. I tarte talking to Khaya on the 21 July 2022. I tried, tried and I tried.

I can feel the attitude of our supposed to be service providers. We pay levy and deserve better. my moderator number is 613/M/0000260/2008
