Unfair Practice

My daughter has been delivering the Beeld newspaper in Standerton for a number of years, and now about 5 months ago a new organiser was appointed, and since then nothing but problems. Areas being taken away from her, then reinstated, etc. There is a person who gets paid to distribute the papers, while my daughter has to go and collect the papers, from Meyerville before she can deliver. Talking to the area manager gets no result. Areas are being taken away again now. Before the distributer delivered the bundles to our door, still being paid and not doing his job. Gets paid very late every month asthe envelopes get given out late.then she gets blamed. She is a single parent of limited education and mental capacity.
