Poor Service

I took advantage of a special for 4 magazines and subscribed for the magazines, I was told it would be starting with the February editions, I have seen the magazines on the shelf and I am still waiting for the mags! I phoned RNA today only to be told they had been sent, they said it had been mailed, I then said cancel the subscription! No argument 'sure no problem' they said. How sad! I emailed them on the 14th and received an irrelevant email, nothing else!
