Payments made but no delivery of service

We are subscribed to Sunday Times and True Love magazine. We haven't received the newspaper for 3 weeks now, including the daily sunday times. We have not received the monthly True Love magazine, however, the service provider access my bank account every month without failure.

I demand that they keep their side of the contract, reimburse me for the non-delivery and ensure that i get value for my money. if that is impossible on their side, i want my contracts to be terminated.

I stay at no310 Cliff Avenue, Waterkloof Ridge, 0181, and this is where the deliveries are supposed to be made.
