Baaaaad Delivery - Complaint for the 100th time!!!

I subscribed to the cosmopolitan, magazine at the beginning of this year, and every month I've been having problems with the delivery. i haven't been receiving my mags and always had to complain, then only would i get them. I even complained via hello peter twice, but i'm still having this problem. now i'm done with them and their nonsense. I had subscribed via "magsathome" but apparently "on the dot" has now taken over. I want my Money Back!!! I paid the full subscription fee to avoid problems, but now i don't car"e!!! I want a refund!!! THANKS!
