SHOCKING SERVICE - Third month in a row!!!

Despite being on a monthly (PAID UPFRONT SUBSCRIPTION), this is now the third month in a row where my Ideas Magazine has not arrived!!
DECEMBER/JANUARY mags not received, no notification about February as well.

I have sent email requests on numerous occassions only to get NO response.
I am told that my email is important to them and will be responded to promptly.
Do date, I am STILL waiting for a response!!!

In the past courtesy calls and sms's were received, but that no longer happens

SHOCKING SERVICE - AND IF THIS CONTINUES, I WILL NEVER RENEW MY SUBSCRIPTION NOR PURCHASE ANY OTHER SUPSCRIPTIONS!!!
