We received no subsidy after it showed on site and

Good day we have been having trouble with bluelakes regarding subsidy payments which showed in january the amount we will receive and till today we hahave not received and on saturday our account was closed without any notice or call. They don't answer emails or messages even contacted a dirctor and they don't care you can phone and they end the call and photos needs to be loaded and we can do nothing. We don't know what to do more even contacted the person who delivered the car and we are not the only people with this problem. We have complained and they do nothing only ignore you. I have opened 6 tickets since saturday no reply.
