No responce on complaints and not paying subsidies

I bough my car through Just Group Africa in 2010 and everything went well up untill January 2013...

January I did not receive my subsidy and when I complained regarding this, only then was I informed that I had to change my branding on my car. Up until now I was never informed of that I specificaly should change the branding on my car. After a couple of day's I finaly spoke to someone who assisted me and also confirmed that this is not correct and that I will receive my Jan and Feb subsidy end of Feb'13. She also sent me a mail with a tracking nr for my new branding and also indicated in the mail that I will be paid my subsidy for Jan'13 and Feb'13 at month end.
I did not receive any subsidy payments for January and February 2013. Once again I logged my complaints by replying to our previous e-mail conversations and editing my complaint ticket, on which was informed that someone will be contacting me soon, that was last week Friday the 1st of March 2013.
Up till now, no one has responded to any of my mails, tickets or messages left on the contact number 012-999 4600. In actual fact when I called again this morning, Isaac, whom I was talking to hung up on me while still talkin
