Prize not received

I phoned in for a competition on 5fm in the last week of November 2012 when Rob Forbes where hosting the fresh drive. I won a R500 Panarotti's voucher. My details were taken and I was informed someone will contact me. 13 December 2012 someone phoned me to confirm my details to deliver the voucher, which I never received. I have phoned the 5fm office and spoke to Nhlanhla who said she will get back to me. She never did. I have also phoned several times after that and she is either too busy to take my call or not in the office. I have also emailed her, but received no response. I am disappointed with all of this as I was excited about the voucher I won.
