On the 20/7/2013 my vehicle was involved in a motor accident in Johannesburg. The vehicle was under repairs at Dan Mark Auto Bodies in Edenvale. Seeing that the model of the car is from India, they had to order parts for the repairs which took a while for the car to be fully repaired. Due to this, I could not send photographs of my vehicle's mileage for August 2013 & September 2013.An email to inform Bluelakes SA was sent to them on the 25/09/2013 as well as to Mandla on the same day. I fetched the repaired vehicle on the 24 October 2013. On the 7th of November 2013, as per the contract, I uploaded the required photographs onto the website. On the 7 December 2013 when I tried to upload the photos, i was shcoked to learn that my account was cancelled the reason given was that it was due to no activity on the account. I am utterly disgusted at the service from this company because I have proof of the emails sent to them in September advising them of the accident as well as photo's uploaded in November so clearly there was activity. I expect my account to be reopened and will not pay the full installments until this matter is resolved and will seek legal advice.
