Inability to Respond to e-mails and queries

In October last year I was a winner of the Casual Vacancy competition, and received an e-mail from Zo? Hinis notifying me as such and asking for my address. When I eventually received my prize on November 15 there had been a mix-up at the mailing department/courier company and I got the parcel addressed to another winner, at my postal address, of the same competition. I then proceeded to e-mail Zo? Hinis telling her about the problem. I have yet to receive a response.
I eventually resorted to phoning her where she apologised and said she'd have a word with the mailing department.
Also included in the prize was a R250-00 online voucher which does not reflect on my fanatics account, when I asked about this I was allocated a voucher number, valid for 2 years. The validity of this voucher is questionable as when I enter it in the voucher field it says "None Found".
I again e-mailed Zo? on 18 January 2013 asking about the voucher and have, to date, heard nothing.
I always request delivery receipts for my e-mails and each time I have sent a mail I have received a receipt but no reply.
At first I was excited about my prize but up to now I have been nothing but disappointed and let down.
