I complained about my subs' service more than a month ago, and they replied to my complaint on hello peter with this:

As discussed, the Idees subscription you have done, was in fact processed. Receipt thereof can be expected within the next 2 weeks by hand delivery. It has been more than two weeks, Anthea. Give me my money back.
