PAID BUT NOT RECEIVED

Good day, I recently bought a 12 month Intiem Magazine subsmcription on my subs via the Apple iStore and would like to find out why is it not available to download? please advice.

An email was send on 30 November 2013 together with my proof of payment from the Apple iStore. R89.99 was successfully paid from my bank account for a 12 month Intiem magazine subscription.

A follow up email was send on 3 December and only then I received a response from Samantha Stander
Customer Support Administrator on 6 December where she said "I am just following up if you have been assisted with the below enquiry? "

Today is the 16th and I'm still waiting for a response...
