Taking money sending no products

I have subscribed a month ago and money has been deducted from my account when I sent 2 e-mails I received not response phone twice couldn't get through eventually when I got through the lady tells me that the things was sent to a post office in November, firstly I put a address on for delivery no where does it state they will just send it to a post office nearest to the area how ridiculous up until today I have not received one thing.

I asked the lady to cancel my subscription and refund my money so she tells me I can only be refunded once the products are sent back it is unacceptable I never told them to send it to a post office they cant even say which one I cannot believe people are such rip offs it really puts a person totally off
