Taking money with no authorization!!!

Firstly this is my 2nd complaint, first one they sent my product to address not given the I struggled to get hold of them eventually when I did they put in a request for a refund to be done this is more then a month ago up until today I have not received anything I cancelled the subscription the same time and then again they debited money from my account the end of last month which they had no authorization for I had to call 3 times to eventually get to speak someone after I got cut off, now they want me to wait till they receive the products that they sent out to where I don't know till they can put a refund through firstly I never asked for anything to be sent to me that why I cancelled I have all the recordings and e-mail yet they still debit me and I have to struggle to get my money I have never dealt with a company so un professional and un organized I cancelled why still debit me again I want my money back!! they made the mistake on there side and cannot expect me to wait I need my money
