Money deducted, nothing received

I reported a change of address in February, since then money has been deducted and no items received.
In March 2 amounts went off on the same day. Apparently for a yearbook that I never ordered or received.
I have now had replies from a Belinda, Bernadette Horsley, Marelize Leiding and CJ Retief. Apparently my new address is on the system but the books have been sent before the update and blame was placed on the strikes...
Apparently the post office has returned said items to Jacklin Enterprises as it was not collected and I was asked if I still want it? No, I want my money back and the account closed.
