How these guys are still in business i dont know! After numerous attempts after requesting to change my book language i still received the incorrect books. I ended up cancelling in August 2013 and received a cancellation letter. It is December and i am still receiving books and they are STILL taking MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT MONTHLY. Now when i quesiton this the RUDE consultant who's name i didnt get our of frustration advises me that it was not loaded on the system that my account was cancelled. THis is honestly not my problem and every year everyone receives a yearbook and calander. so i asked her to prove to me in the contract that i will still receive and have to pay after the cancelation she could not provide this. they now want me to send back the books then they will refund me.so it is my cost and my time for their admin that cannot be done right the first time! Also they cannot provide me with confirmation that theyw ont take any further money from my account - last i check if money is taken from someone's account unauthorised it is! Worst is they cannot even send me the titles and complete recon of what i was sent and when money was taken from my account... SHOCKING!
