Double deductiona nd refuse to provide refund

I had a contract in place for a subscription of 149pm. Jacklin enterprises decided to send me a double pack of books for June and double deduct my account for R300. When i request a refund as i am contracted for 149pm, the guy advises i must send the books back. i never requested a double pack of books. So i cancelled my subscription in total, because clearly they cannot keep to instructions and want to do there own thing with my bank account.
