BAD SERVICE DELIVERY

Every year our telephone directories are delivered later and later. We pay an absolute fortune for our advertising and nobody at Trudon is willing to help you. All they have is excuses and no solutions.
When they have delivered directories in the past, you are only allowed 1 White Pages and 1 Yellow Pages despite having 3 offices that need directories.
I phoned the Durban Office on Monday and the Receptionist said she would follow up and today when I called again she could not tell me what had been done.
I phoned the Distribution Office in Johannesburg and the Manager had not arrived at work yet despite being after 08h00. Lerato told me that it takes 15 working days to deal with any queries. This I find unacceptable as the Distributors have been delivering directories in the Area in October.
When I saw the Rep earlier this year to sign up for the new Advertising, I raised these questions to him. He promised to deliver extra directories to me which has never been done.
