20 weeks to get a refund???

I spoke to a supervisor on the 21 of September 2013 and she promised me that they would have the bag-pack delivered to me not later than the 1st week of November 2013 'and today is the 12 of November. The lady I spoke to said they did not have stock 'they only received stock on the 31-10-2013
Jackline Enterprises customer service is a joke!!! I had to wait almost 20 weeks for a single refund. And I had closed my account and I told the lady I spoke to, they only gave me my refund few days after I spoke to them on the 21-10-2013. All the money I have used to make those phone calls and I am not talking 5min call's sometimes they would last 20min. Even today I had to call them u can image duration of my call was 14:52.
