I hired Theuns to video my wedding; I paid R7000.00 for him to capture my special day. I was asked to pay a deposit 2 months before the wedding, which I did, and then told that if I pay the full amount beforehand I can get a 5% discount, which I did. Two videographers (Joalize Claassens) arrived at my wedding, which we later found out were subcontracted to take the footage, Theuns would edit it later. After I returned from Honeymoon I tried to get in contact with Theuns, my mails were ignored for almost 2 months. I got a friend to mail him and pretend to be a bride looking to use his services he replied within 2 minutes, proving he was avoiding me. Six months after the wedding my photographer ran into the subcontracted videographer responsible for the footage. She still had the raw footage but could not get hold of Theuns for payment. Theuns cheats his clients and contractors. If not for my photographer (Patrick Furter) running into the Joalize, I would never have gotten my wedding video. I had to then pay a further R3000.00 just to get the raw footage. He tainted my wedding day, I cannot believe that we get people like this. It is a disgrace to the human race.
