Terrible Wedding Videography

I booked MelonMoon productions for my wedding videography for the 06th Oct 2012. All seemed very professional as she responded professionally and sent all documentation to be reviewed prior to the time. I paid the full amount in advance. She came on time with the photographer and all seemed well. I waited for more than 5 months to get the wedding videos. After bugging her for so long and asking the photographer (who introduced us) to intervene she finally delivered the DVDs after 5 months. The final product was awful. She had somehow managed to cut out all the important slots in the wedding and the sound quality was terrible. Her excuse was that her machines broke down. She tells me this after I have complained. I asked her to give me the originals so I do my own editing. I still have not heard from her, a year later...
