I contacted tot u diens regarding bad service from metro for the first time on 26 Augustus 2013. Marthinus Koekemoer responded to my complaint.
On 1 October I queried the complaint and he replied 2 October that he is looking into it.
I again mailed him on 9 October and again 18 October.
I am getting no feedback. What is going on. Tot u diens is supposed to clear up problems but they are doing nothing!!
What is their point???
