Still waiting for feedback

A wile back I posted a complaint 7 October only received a status on hello peter 18 October still waiting for this matter to be resolved phoned 7 November 2013 for feedback spoke to jabu she said the matter is sill being looked at when I stated that i have e-mail all the documentation that the account was written off and am waiting a long time now for feedback she put me trough to the manager and guess what the phone got cut off after holding on for about ten minutes who is going to pay for my telephone fees and why is the no answer how can this take so long. i have got 4 ref numbers but no awnsers.
