Throwing the paper on the ground

We have subscribe with Times (for a 7 days), our problem is that they throw our paper on the ground and the dogs eat them. We have requested they put it on the high wall and a plastic but is been four days no action made, Spoke to Larry, Elizabeth, Grace Mazibuko (supervisor) and Tshepo Mahlangu. When our subscription finish never will I subscribe.
