3 months for subs refund after Dad passes away

I bought a 6 month subscription to the Sunday Times, Citizen and Star.
When I called I mailed them all about my Fathers passing on the 18th June. The Star representative called me to give condolences and refunded my money within 2 weeks. WELL DONE STAR!

TIMES MEDIA HOWEVER ARE A DIFFERENT KETTLE OF FISH.
Tomorrow my Father has been gone 3 months and I do not have my refund from Sunday Times or Citizen.

I am genuinely tired of poor service, lack of concern for my money or time that "SERVICE PROVIDERS" display. They are quick to take your money but have very deep pockets when it comes time to pay back.
