Hello peter my name is Simphiwe Robert Ngema I'm writing in behalf of my mother Lindiwe letta Ngema. My father MR Tshengedzeni Alfred Tshikonelo pass away 25th march 2002 when I was 8 years old. There was an monthly income that was suppose to be paid to my mother. Its been 10 years since then and I'm now turning 19 this year and the was not even a cent paid to my mother and I can't go to university this year because every time when my mother asks MR Saviour Gabela that works at Allied Publishing Limited he clams that the money was transferred to a wrong account. We have it in writing that the company (Allied Publishing Limited) which my father used to work for is suppose to pay monthly income and the 25 percent of net benefit should be held in trust until I reach the age of 21, at which stage, the benefit, if any, becomes payable to me
