No delivery of The Sta

Since last week Thursday, our newspaper has not been delivered. I phone on a daily basis, have spoken to Previna and Patricia and get told the paper will still arrive (which it never does) and that the manager Mike will contact me. Needless to say neither Mike or any manager has bothered to phone. Today my call was transferred to a Zoey who informed me that I am not getting The Star delivered as the person doing the delivery does not know the area and does not know where to deliver too. This after I have been receiving the paper delivery daily for the last few years. No interest in sorting out the delivery problem at all. Independent Newspapers are very quck to take your money for subscription but not interested at all to sort out their delivery problems.
