Sunday Times
No delivery

I have a subscription for the Sunday times and the daily times. I've been having endless problems with home deliveries since inception regarding no delivery of the morning times. I have to complain on a weekly basis. The lady at the Durban office mentioned that the delivery guy was her friend and she will have the problem sorted.am I being punished as I am the only customer in my area that has a subscription?? or is the delivery guy pals with someone who gets paid for not doing his job. my complaints to head office also falls on deaf ears as they just refer it to the Durban office.no compensation is made for the copies that are not received and this happens on almost a weekly basis. I have been reading the newspaper since a little boy and now seems that the TIMES have come to read the news electronically. it is sad that people can do this to others and feel that no wrong has been done.when I complain telephonically the paper is delivered the next few days and then it stops until I complain again. this has been going on now for almost 3 years and I have now had ENOUGH of this unacceptable service.
