Always on a Monday?

Today I cannot be bothered to phone subscriptions again to inquire as to why my Star has not been delivered.
This would be the 4th time I would be complaining about non-delivery on a Monday!
I have now put it down to that the people employed by you to do your deliveries are having weekends of partying and are just too exhausted or whatever to do deliveries on a Monday? Like last week, I got my Tuesdays newspaper with the Monday paper? Really? In your line I know you do know that a paper from the previous day is actually, history.
