NO RESPONSE - CANCELLED CONTRACTS

I have been trying to get a response from the said company since the 10 of July as they are still billing me for yellow pages advertisements which were cancelled in December '12 already. I have send them 3 different emails attaching all the correspondence of my cancellation as well as 2 telephone calls to try and find out when they will respond to my request. Absolutely no response what so ever.
