Consistent bad service from Times Media

Since subscribing to Sunday Times and The Times at the beginning of the year I have not had any peace of mind and my telephone bill keeps going up from calling their call centre.

See, I stay in a complex (177 units/flats in total) and way under 100 units are subscribed to at least one newspaper (Times Media/ Media24/ Independent). I am chairman of the board of trustees in this complex and I never received any complaint whatsoever from subscribers of Media24 and Independent papers; but my fellow Times subscribers have been complaining about never receiving their newspapers even though Times delivered. The problem with Times Media is that it was delivering The Times newspaper free of charge when it was introduced, so the 700 community in our complex got used Times Media being free, sometimes taking our Sunday Times under the pretence of being subscribers from security reception.

I have requested Times Media on several occasions to mark our newspapers, they manage to mark only Sunday Times but always fail to mark the Times, I and several others have not received The Times for a few days now because it's unmarked & the people think it's still free. MARK OUR PAID-FOR PAPERS.
