NON DELIVERY / TIMES AND SUNDAY TIMES from DEC 12

We moved house in Dec 2012 and notified Avusa / Sunday Times to change delivery to our new address in Florida hills, Nearly 4 months later, weekly telephone enquiries/ complaints to the call centre, NOBODY has ever returned our calls. Our debit orders are still going through and I am running out of patience. We usually get the Times and the Sunday Times - none has ever arrived. For the last four Sundays I was promised a delivery and I even received an sms confirming delivery and acknowledgement of my complaint.
No newspaper has ever arrived and nobody called me back. This service. It seems that Avusa does not need loyal subscribers. We have subscribed to them for close to 10 years.
