Not credited for newspapers not received

Times media did say that they would get back to me. They did not. Here is my query again:

I have not been credited for non deliveries.

over the past 4 years I have not received at least 6 newspapers a year. My contract has not been adjusted.

I also did not receive the times for 6 months and was told that it is a complementary benefit and not contractual.

I feel robbed as I pay for a whole years subscription and do not enjoy the benefits of doing so fully. I wake up early and look for the paper and I run in the morning around my block a few times.

I have lost at least 24 papers and wasted calls each time to the call centre. I need to be compensated for this before I renew for 2014.
