Still being hounded for account settlement

Trudon has sent me numerous emails claiming that my account with them is outstanding. I've sent them numerous emails asking for a breakdown of services. The business I ordered advertising for, was closed down in 2011, after which I asked them to cancel any and all services with immediate effect. I have made payment, and yet still I receive an email claiming that I owe the company money.

I don't know how to get them to cancel a service, and I don't know what else I must do to get them to stop sending me invoices after payment was made.

I no longer wish to make use of the service. I have paid my final account. I have proof of that payment on file.
