Good afternoon
I have had NUMEROUS emails going back and forth between me and the company. Here are some of the latest incidents.

I sent them this email to them
I haven't received any parts over the last month/ month and a half. Is there a problem? The debit order goes out of my account no problem, but the problem is the lack of service from the company. I also want to find out that according to advertising you get a FREE drivers cap after the 10th delivery and I haven't received that as well.

Then the company replied:
Please be advised there was an outstanding reflecting on the account, we have requested payment. Kindly allow 28 days for delivery.
Please do not hesitate to contact us should you require further assistance.

In my email I do indicate that debit orders are going out of my account. I then sent another email indicating again, that payment is on time. In other emails they then said that the cap is out of stock, they also want to know what was the last issue I receive and they will send it. Isn't the company suppose to keep track of that?
Hope they will resolve it soon. (Can't explain all the incidents in detail; not enough characters)
