I send Jacklin a e-mail after I phone them three times. Most of them can't speak or understand Afrikaans. They would have me back on 03 May 13 at 15:00 and it never happened. It is the second time I only received two books instead of five and are billed for five books. All I ask is for the books that I did not received, .
