Poor service and no Payments received

Apart from a the 20 previous dificulties I've had with this company. I have been waiting for about 40 days on feedback on a problem I was advised, by Kugan, to submit. The problem I had to report was that I have not received payments for a sale that was made using my code via sms.

To put this in perspective, I know a car was sold using my code, because I know the person who bought it. On my Account History it states that the 'Deal was not Taken". But this friend of mine is driving his new car. Out of curiosity he asked me if I ever received the payment which I have not.

I submitted my complaint as advised and was told that because of the long weekends (Easter), feedback from the IT department will only be received in 7 days. During that same time I also requested a copy of my contract, which I did not receive when I bought the car, that I am also still waiting for.

Everytime I re-open the ticket that states the matter is closed and ask what is going on, I'm told feedback has not been received from IT, and they have requested my contract. I get the feeling they are delaying this process in the hopes that I might forget about it.

All I want is answers and good service.
