No Delivery of newspapers

I am a subscriber to their newspapers but i am not getting any papers eventhough my instalments are up to date. i set several emails to them and it looks like they are ignoring them because up to this far there is no respond from them.

their services are very bad. i only get the papers once a month which was not our original agreement. please intervene, maybe they will act when it comes form you.
